In the app
- Open The Lucky Aroma and go to Library.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Choose whether to delete your posts too, then confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the name on your profile instead.

We’ll confirm the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done. Say in your email if you also want your reviews and comments deleted.
What we delete
- Your profile, display name and profile photo
- Your library: owned, wishlist, tried and custom lists
- Your ratings and votes
- Your sign-in records, including Apple and Google sign-in links
- Your email preferences, and you’re removed from our mailing list
- Your reviews and comments, if you choose to delete them
What we keep
- Reviews and comments you choose to keep. They stay up as “Deleted user” with no link to you.
- Purchase records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Delete some data and keep your account
- In the app, remove fragrances from your library and delete any custom list at any time.
- To delete specific data, such as your reviews, comments, ratings or profile photo, email support@theluckyaroma.com from your account’s address and say what to remove.
We delete the data you name within 30 days and confirm by email. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
